Delivery Info

Deliveries are made by courier or, with certain products, by First Class Post. Orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday although Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra charge. Orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Surcharges will also apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Man and Wight - these delivery surcharges are clearly shown when viewing a product and whilst checking out.

Postcodes considered to be part of the Scottish Highlands include:
AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV41-4, IV1-28 IV51, IV30-32 IV55-56 , IV36-40, IV52-54, IV63,
KW1-14, KW15-17, KA27-28, PA20, PA41-49, PA21-38, PA60-68, PH4-41, PH42-44, PH49, PH50

Postcodes in the range PO34-38 & PO40 are Isle of Wight
Postcodes TR21 and TR25 are Isles of Scilly

Orders for delivery next day need to be placed by 12 noon GMT.

Many of our hampers can be delivered overseas. Where this is the case the overseas area and cost is shown in the price drop down menu.

Our overseas delivery zones are as follows:

• UK Offshore - Northern Ireland, Eire, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Channel Islands
• Europe EU - all European countries that are EU members
• Europe non-EU - all European countries that are not EU members
• Rest of World - Non-European countries not including USA and Canada

All address information must be accurate, including the postcode, and the recipient's telephone number. The Hamper People Limited cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.

Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to The Hamper People Limited and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing (perishable and chilled items like smoked salmon and cheese which have short shelf lives).
